HB 1078 mandates that employers with 50 or more employees display a poster in the workplace detailing benefits and services available to veterans. The poster, created by the Texas Workforce Commission in consultation with the Texas Veterans Commission, includes information on unemployment benefits, veterans’ programs, and other state and federal resources​.
