HB 110 establishes the Texas Education Reform Task Force, a 13-member body appointed by state leadership to review the Education Code and make recommendations for public school system reforms. The task force will focus on efficiency, regulatory reduction, and educational priorities. It is required to submit a report with legislative recommendations by August 31, 2026, and will receive administrative support from the Texas Education Agency​.
