HB 1838 requires licensing entities for healthcare practitioners to establish electronic systems to track compliance with continuing education requirements. These systems must be accessible, ADA-compliant, and may not involve additional state expenditures. Licenses cannot be renewed without verification of continuing education compliance, and the systems must be in place by September 1, 2026.
