HB 2739 requires that the address on a voter’s identification document must match the address listed in the voter registration records. If the addresses do not match, the election officer must reject the ID unless the voter presents a driver’s license, election identification certificate, or handgun license with a matching address. This requirement applies to all elections held on or after September 1, 2025.
