HB 3266 prohibits school districts from charging fees for late drop-offs or pickups of students at school campuses. The bill amends the Education Code to add late student pickup and drop-off fees to the list of charges that school boards cannot impose on students or their parents. The prohibition applies to all public schools starting in the 2025-2026 school year​.
