HB 3571 establishes that in any judicial action challenging a candidate's eligibility, the candidate whose eligibility is in question must be made a necessary party to the proceedings. This ensures that any legal disputes over a candidate’s eligibility involve the individual directly and applies to judicial actions initiated on or after September 1, 2025.
