HB 4030 expands the list of acceptable forms of voter identification by allowing the use of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card issued by the Transportation Security Administration. The bill retains existing voter ID requirements, which include driver’s licenses, passports, military IDs, and personal identification cards issued by the Department of Public Safety.
