HB 41 prohibits Texas governmental entities from acquiring or using unmanned aircraft, related equipment, or services produced by companies owned, controlled, or headquartered in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or Syria. The bill also establishes the Law Enforcement Secure Unmanned Aircraft Grant Program, which will provide grants to law enforcement agencies to replace prohibited equipment.
