HB 4733 amends expunction and nondisclosure procedures for criminal records. It allows courts to include multiple offenses from the same transaction in an order of nondisclosure if they have not resulted in a conviction and removes restrictions on certain individuals from obtaining an order of nondisclosure. The bill also expands eligibility for expunction for persons acquitted of an offense​.
