Act), amends the Texas Education Code to prohibit students in public schools from engaging in non-human behaviors, such as using litter boxes, wearing animal accessories, or making animal noises. It establishes guidelines for disciplinary actions and limits school dress-up days to historical or school-related themes. The bill also amends the Family Code to classify allowing or encouraging non-human behaviors in an educational setting as a form of child abuse.
