HB 5473 extends the reversion period for specific properties in Bexar County previously transferred to the Bexar County Board of Trustees for Mental Health and Intellectual Disability Services. It allows the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to extend the timeframe for the center to use the property before ownership automatically reverts to HHSC.
