HB 759 establishes a temporary certification process for educators certified in other states, allowing them to teach in Texas for up to one year while their credentials are reviewed. Temporary certifications for military spouses may be valid for up to three years. The Act is effective immediately upon legislative approval or on September 1, 2025.
