SB 2740 amends the Election Code to require certain political subdivisions to provide election materials in additional languages. It mandates that counties with populations exceeding 2.5 million must print election materials in Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, and French, in addition to existing bilingual requirements. It also grants election administrators in these counties the discretion to provide materials in further languages as needed​.
