SB 2805 modifies the arbitration process for out-of-network health benefit claims. It redefines out-of-network providers and shifts responsibility for arbitration fees from being split evenly between both parties to being paid entirely by the losing party. These changes apply to healthcare services provided on or after January 1, 2026.
