SB 730 amends the Government Code to prohibit governmental entities in Texas from entering into transactions or providing logistical support to abortion assistance entities or abortion providers for services related to abortion. Prohibited support includes transportation, lodging, food, and child care expenses intended to facilitate abortion. It provides civil remedies, including injunctive relief and recovery of attorney's fees, for violations and waives governmental immunity to the extent of liability.
