HB 127 prohibits state agencies from promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs or acknowledging LGBTQ identities in any official capacity. It declares any action in violation of this policy as "null and void ab initio" and mandates state agencies treat individuals strictly based on biological sex and without regard to DEI concepts.
