HB 153 prohibits residential property insurers from using aerial images to nonrenew policies unless they provide 60 days’ notice, images showing specific defects, a remediation process, and a right to appeal. If repairs are completed, insurers must offer renewal unless another valid reason for nonrenewal applies.
