HB 50 requires that ballot language for proposed constitutional amendments include a fiscal impact estimate, prepared by the Legislative Budget Board. The estimate must specify whether the cost is one-time or recurring and must be included directly on the ballot. Applies only to elections ordered after the bill’s effective date.
