Rep. Lacey Hull is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, first elected in 2021 to represent District 138, which covers a portion of northwest Harris County. A native Houstonian born and raised in House District 138, she attended Spring Branch ISD schools and earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from the University of Houston.

For the 89th Legislative Session, Speaker Dustin Burrows appointed Rep. Hull to chair the House Committee on Human Services and to serve on the House Committee on State Affairs, including its Subcommittee on Telecommunications & Broadband. Rep. Hull and her family live in the Spring Branch area and attend Bayou City Fellowship Church.
