HB 1133 prohibits property owners' associations from restricting certified swim instructors from providing lessons on private property pools. Associations may, however, impose specific conditions, such as limiting lessons to certain hours, requiring the use of rear yards, and ensuring restroom access. Provisions violating these rules are deemed void.
