HB 1332 requires school districts to implement policies addressing dating violence as part of their district improvement plans. These policies must include a definition of dating violence, procedures for reporting and responding to incidents, and guidelines for interim measures to protect victims. The policies must also provide for awareness training for teachers, administrators, and students starting from grade six, along with counseling and safety planning.
