HB 1574 expands the authorized medical use of low-THC cannabis in Texas by increasing the permissible THC concentration to 10 milligrams per dosage unit and broadening the list of eligible medical conditions. It also empowers the Department of State Health Services to designate additional qualifying medical conditions by rule.
