HB 1934 provides tuition and fee exemptions for undergraduate students employed at licensed child-care facilities who are enrolled in child development or early childhood education degree or certificate programs. The exemptions apply to students making satisfactory academic progress and are limited to certain course and enrollment caps. The act applies beginning with tuition charged for the 2025 fall semester.
