HB 2107 amends the Education Code to provide flexibility in the frequency of certain training requirements for public school educators. It allows school districts and charter schools to adopt policies permitting educators who are otherwise required to complete annual training to instead complete the training every other year. The bill applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year.
