HB 2109 requires the removal of proposed reservoir projects from the State Water Plan if construction has not begun within 50 years of their inclusion in any version of the plan. Once removed, such projects will no longer be eligible for future inclusion. The bill applies to projects that have been listed in the plan for 50 years or more.
