HB 2123 amends the Government Code to increase the maximum number of media production development zones and qualified media production locations within those zones. It raises the cap on the total number of zones statewide from 10 to 15, the limit per region from five to 10, and the maximum number of qualified media production locations within each zone from three to eight.
