HB 2368 directs the Texas Transportation Commission to designate a portion of Congress Avenue in Travis County, between the Congress Avenue Bridge and 11th Street, as part of the state highway system. The designation would allow the state to manage and maintain this stretch of roadway under Section 201.103 of the Transportation Code.
