HB 2541 expands eligibility for state parklands passports and fee waivers for state parks. The bill allows active-duty military members, honorably discharged veterans, and surviving family members of service members who died in service to receive parklands passports. It also extends fee waivers to immediate family members accompanying a passport holder, exempting them from park entrance, admission, and vehicle fees.
