HB 2830 requires the Legislative Budget Board to develop recommendations and plans to reduce Texas’ reliance on dedicated revenue for state budget certification. It directs the board to analyze and report on the state's use of available dedicated revenue and propose measures to shift financial reliance away from such funds​.
