HB 3256 revises the meeting procedures of the Gulf Coast Authority Board of Directors. It removes the requirement for monthly meetings and allows meetings to be conducted via telephone or video conference. The bill also mandates public access to meeting notices, remote participation options, and electronic publication of meeting materials. Recordings of meetings must be preserved for at least one year​.
