HB 3313 sets font and type size requirements for political advertising disclosures. It mandates that any political advertising that is not broadcast-based must display required disclosure statements in a font size no smaller than nine points. This ensures that disclosures are clearly visible to the public and applies to all political advertising published or distributed on or after September 1, 2025.
