HB 3429 requires public water supply systems that fluoridate drinking water to disclose fluoride content on customers’ water bills. The disclosure must include naturally occurring fluoride levels, added fluoride amounts, and the total fluoride concentration in drinking water. The information must be current as of the week before billing.
