HB 3444 establishes deadlines for appointing members of the early voting ballot board. It requires county political party chairs to submit lists of eligible appointees by June 30 in counties with over 500,000 residents and by July 31 in smaller counties. The county election board must then finalize appointments by August 15 each year​.
