HB 3992 modifies the salary schedules for regional planning commissions. It allows commissions serving 200 or more participating governmental units to set their own classified position salary schedules, while commissions with fewer than 200 participating units must adhere to the state salary schedule for classified employees as prescribed in the General Appropriations Act​.
