HB 4767 amends the Transportation Code regarding the operation of off-highway vehicles. It prohibits the operation of such vehicles on state-owned or leased land unless it is designated as off-highway vehicle land or a beach. It also repeals several existing provisions related to off-highway vehicle operation​.
