HB 4928 modifies child abuse reporting requirements by requiring that reports of abuse or neglect in state-licensed facilities be made to the state agency overseeing the facility, in addition to law enforcement and the Department of Family and Protective Services. The bill also repeals a provision that previously allowed reports to be made solely to state licensing agencies​.
