HB 5080 enhances confidentiality protections for employees of counties, courts, and the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System, as well as their family members. It allows these individuals to request that their home addresses be omitted from public voter registration records and other government documents. The bill also directs the Office of Court Administration to notify relevant agencies about individuals whose personal information must be kept private.
