HB 531 proposes amendments to Sections 61.014 and 62.0111 of the Texas Election Code. It allows individuals occupying a voting station to use wireless communication devices to access pre-downloaded or pre-created ballot or candidate information. Additionally, it revises the notice of device usage regulations that may be posted in polling places.
