HB 5460, titled the "Good, the True, and the Beautiful Act," prohibits county, district, and multi-jurisdictional libraries from displaying sexually explicit materials. It defines "sexually explicit material" based on existing penal codes and provides an exception for materials directly related to a required school curriculum.
