HB 5484 requires the Texas Comptroller to conduct an annual appraisal review efficiency analysis. The analysis will correlate property value studies, appraisal district ratio studies, and other relevant reviews to ensure uniform property tax assessment practices across the state. The findings must be reported to state leadership and published publicly​.
