It allows victims to sue social media platforms that fail to remove such content after receiving a valid complaint. It also modifies the Texas Penal Code to criminalize the creation, adaptation, or distribution of AI-generated sexually explicit content featuring identifiable individuals, even if the depicted act never occurred in reality.
