HB 5618 creates a franchise tax credit for businesses that pay for employee organ donation expenses or provide paid leave for employees donating organs. The credit equals the total amount reimbursed for medical expenses and paid leave but cannot exceed the business’s franchise tax liability. The bill applies to tax reports due on or after January 1, 2026.
