HB 730 revises the process for claiming exemptions from required immunizations. It simplifies the affidavit form, removes anti-reproduction seals, and requires the Department of State Health Services to make the form accessible online and in public schools. Records of downloads, but not personal data, must be maintained. The Act applies starting with the 2025–2026 school year, with immediate effect upon sufficient legislative approval, or September 1, 2025, otherwise.
