HB 746 requires the Department of State Health Services to develop an e-cigarette and tobacco use prevention and cessation program. The program must include a counseling hotline and information tailored for pregnant and postpartum women. The department may collaborate with nonprofit organizations and is instructed to prioritize applicants who are pregnant or recently postpartum. The Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
