HB 752 establishes a grant program under the Texas Historical Commission to preserve, restore, and educate about buildings and landmarks significant to African American history. Grants can be awarded to owners or caretakers of such properties for renovations and the development of on-site educational programs. The program may solicit gifts, grants, and donations for funding. The Act is effective September 1, 2025.
