HB 804 creates abbreviated educator preparation programs for certifications in marketing education and health science technology education. The programs will require at least 200 hours of training and will restrict certified individuals from obtaining additional certifications through examination alone. The Act is effective immediately upon sufficient legislative approval or on September 1, 2025.
