HB 855 prohibits disciplinary actions against physicians or pharmacists solely for prescribing, administering, or promoting off-label uses of FDA-approved prescription drugs. Disciplinary action is allowed only if it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that such conduct caused physical harm to a patient within three years of the act. This law applies to actions taken on or after September 1, 2025.
