HB 904 prohibits the imposition of tolls on specific segments of State Highway 146 and State Highway 99, including the portion of State Highway 146 crossing the Houston Ship Channel and the portion of State Highway 99 between its intersection with State Highway 146 and its crossing of Cedar Bayou. The Act takes effect September 1, 2025, unless immediate approval is granted.
