HB 928 amends the Education Code to require public institutions of higher education to provide students with detailed tuition and fee bills. Bills must include a total amount and an itemized list of tuition and fees for each course and other institutional fees for the semester. The changes apply beginning with the 2025 fall semester and take effect September 1, 2025, unless immediate effect is granted.
