HB 937 modifies notification procedures for certain special districts under the Water Code. It requires these districts to post notices of board meetings on their websites or, if no website is maintained, at a specified public location within the district. It also aligns notice requirements for election-related matters with these new procedures. The Act becomes effective on September 1, 2025.
